Creating a new habit in 49 days

Do you have an aspect of your life you want to change? Well, it can be done, if you do it in small steps, using big red crosses, and don’t break the chain.

1. First of all, read Jerry Seinfeld’s Productivity Secret – which can be boiled down to one simple message: “Don’t break the chain”

3. Get started using a quick and easy “49 days” online app or an offline version of “49 days”

4. Share your experiences, get support etc via the 49 days sub-reddit.
